Kitchen Sink Warranty - Lifetime Limited Warranty
Ukinox USA Kitchen Systems Inc. (“TopZero”) offers this warranty to the original buyer for personal household use of the kitchen sink, provided it was acquired from a TopZero-authorized dealer and installed at its initial location. This warranty is non-transferable.
TopZero guarantees that the construction and finish of the kitchen sink will remain free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for as long as the original owner resides in the home where the sink was initially installed.
If a product is reported as defective within the warranty timeframe, TopZero, at its sole discretion, will either repair or replace it with an item of comparable value through an authorized dealer or directly.
Commercial Warranty
TopZero provides a one-year warranty for commercial buyers utilizing the product in industrial, commercial, or business environments.

Care and Maintenance Guidelines
To preserve the quality and appearance of the product, avoid using the following, as they will invalidate the warranty:
• Abrasive cleaning agents such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine
• Abrasive tools such as scouring pads, steel wool, or wire brushes

Exclusions – What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:
• Discontinued or display models purchased from discount retailers, unauthorized sellers, or clearance sales
• Promotional items or free gifts included with a purchase
• Damage caused by negligence, improper use, or unintended applications
• Accidents, mishandling, or exposure to hard water, mineral buildup, and corrosive substances
• Inadequate maintenance, modifications, or failure to follow care, cleaning, or installation instructions TopZero advises that all its products be installed by a fully licensed and insured professional with expertise in kitchen and bathroom fixture installation.
Accessories Warranty – Limited Warranty
Ukinox USA Kitchen Systems Inc. “TopZero” provides this warranty to the original purchaser for personal household use of accessories, provided they were purchased from an authorized TopZero dealer and installed at their original location. This warranty is non-transferable.
TopZero guarantees that the structure and finish of the accessories will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If a defect is reported within the warranty period, TopZero will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with one of equal value through an authorized dealer or directly.
Commercial Warranty
Ukinox USA Kitchen Systems Inc. “TopZero” offers a one-year limited warranty to commercial purchasers using the product in industrial, commercial, or business applications.

Care and Cleaning Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of the product’s finish, avoid using the following, as they will void the warranty:
• Abrasive cleaners (e.g., powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine)
• Abrasive materials (e.g., pads, steel wool, or wire brushes)

This warranty does not cover:
• Discontinued or display products purchased at discount outlets, unauthorized dealers, or clearance sales.
• Free gifts included with a purchase.
• Damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or improper application.
• Accidents, carelessness, hard water or mineral deposits, and exposure to corrosive materials.
• Improper maintenance, alterations, or failure to follow the provided care, cleaning, or installation instructions.
TopZero recommends that all products be installed by a fully licensed and insured trade professional with expertise in bathroom and kitchen fixture installations.
